These terms govern your use of worldwintrade.ca and set out the general basis on which WORLD WIN TRADE COMPANY ("we", "us") provides information and quotes. By using this website you agree to them.
1. Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not a binding offer, and it may change without notice. Descriptions of services, timelines and technology are indicative and are confirmed only in a written proposal or agreement.
2. Quotes and proposals
Quotes are prepared after we understand the scope, data and volume involved. Unless stated otherwise, a quote is valid for 30 days and is based on the information you provide. If that information is materially inaccurate, we may revise the quote.
3. Engagements
Work begins only under a signed proposal or statement of work that sets out deliverables, milestones, fees and acceptance criteria. Fixed-scope stages are invoiced as those stages are reached.
4. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about the process, data and systems involved.
- Ensure you have the right to share any data or documents you give us.
- Nominate a decision-maker for approvals and acceptance.
- Maintain the third-party accounts and credentials the project depends on.
5. Intellectual property
On full payment, you receive ownership of the custom code and configuration created specifically for you, together with a licence to use any underlying components. Our pre-existing tools, libraries and methods remain ours. Third-party services are governed by their own terms.
6. AI output and human review
AI systems can produce incorrect output. Where a process carries commercial, legal or safety consequences, we configure human approval before any consequential action. You remain responsible for the decisions your business makes using the system.
7. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential information confidential and use it only for the project. This does not cover information that is public, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where the law does not allow such a limit.
9. Third-party services
Projects may rely on third-party platforms such as cloud providers and model providers. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes of those providers, though we will help you respond to them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
